Digital access and refunds
This page explains the intended access and support process. It does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded in the buyer's location.
Access problems
If a verified buyer cannot access the PDF, contact https://intechaxis.com with the PayPal order ID. IntechAxis can review the order and, when appropriate, renew the protected link.
Duplicate or incorrect charge
Contact support promptly with the PayPal order ID. Payment disputes and reversals may also be handled through PayPal under its applicable procedures.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed against the purchase record, delivery/access history, the description shown before purchase, and applicable law. This template intentionally does not promise or exclude a refund in every case.
Digital delivery
Because access can begin immediately after verified payment, the owner should obtain locally appropriate legal review before relying on any digital-content cancellation exception or waiver.
Affiliate purchases
Purchases made later on the official Insta360 store are governed by that merchant's current regional terms, not by these digital-guide terms.
